Facilitating connections between films and the viewers who need to see them has been a lifetime passion for me. I’ve been fortunate to spend the past 30 years doing this in one form or another including: marketing and promoting online movie transactions via VOD streaming and download; driving e-commerce sales of DVD & Blu-ray; creating and operating innovative online initiatives for film lovers such as: the massive LGBT film website, PopcornQ (where I pioneered the first LGBT streaming movie platform back in 1996) and the global digital LGBT film showcase, WolfeOnDemand.com; guiding independent film release strategies for filmmakers; programming cinema new and old for film festival audiences. Not to mention making, distributing, collecting, teaching, writing about and, of course, watching — movies.

Below are a few useful resources for LGBT filmmakers. And here's a 2016 article I wrote for Moviemaker Magazine called So You're an LGBT Moviemaker which is pretty much a prose version of the below.

Also, here's my LinkedIn profile if you want to know more about my work. In any case I wish you all good things and hope these resources are helpful — it takes a village.

PQ Professionals
The first online networking group for LGBT film and video professionals. I created this group in the late 1990s as a way to connect queer filmmakers, distributors, programmers, publicists, journalists, etc. Please come join us.
